Three new training and workshop programmes developed for SME managers have been announced by Leicestershire-based Milestones.
The new courses include a 10-module programme leading to Institute of Leadership and
Management (ILM) accreditation, a series of master classes focussing on specific skills
improvement, and workshops concentrating on marketing, communications, the green agenda
and personal development.

Secrecy surrounds the launch this autumn of the latest version of Abazander’s sales
and marketing tool, iSAM.
iSAM 007 will be launched at a special, invitation-only event being held near Exeter on
September 16.
“It’s all a bit hush-hush at the moment,” said a spokesperson, “but we hope to be able

is now available from OTTO UK. It will be exhibited at Futuresource in London.
OTTO UK managing director Derek Monk explains that the product has a growing reputation:
“The BB3 solar powered compaction bin is a relatively new introduction to the UK market. It’s
been trialled by councils and the results and feedback have been good.”
